Description
Applying Morse methodology to the context of company developing Medical Devices including:
- during the diagnosis phase, a context analysis, a technical analysis and a process analysis
- during the planning phase, the prioritisation of the weaknesses identified during the diagnosis phase and the definition of a proposal action plan
Technical analysis included the code analysis of 2 key software products developed by company, performed by Tiobe, according to its TCS platform, focusing and an analysis of the Architecture; referential used during the Technical Analysis was the ISO 17025.
Process analysis included the evaluation of the organisation according to CMMI L2 and L3 good practices
Evaluation:
- complexity of the assessment / planning phase, due to the geographical distribution of the teams ==> use of Miro
- Interaction with CxO level management would have benefit from an earlier introduction of a metrics dashboard monitoring the contribution of the modernization journey to the organization's goals
